2-5 years experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations on the Workday platform.
Practical experience using Workday Studio.
HCM & Finance
Workday integration frameworks (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, or similar)
Data formats such as XML, JSON, and flat files
Experience supporting integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or related modules
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
