This role is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems

Develop and integrate with third-party APIs and external services critical to platform functionality

Build and optimize backend services using Python and/or C#

Develop and maintain APIs that power internal and external system integrations

Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces for data-heavy workflows and dashboards

Work with modern databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.) and understand tradeoffs in data modeling and performance

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Debug and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and user experience

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience

Strong experience with Python and/or C# in production environments

Experience integrating and working with third-party APIs (REST, webhooks, SDKs, etc.)

Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)

Solid backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)

Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have
Experience building data-heavy or analytics-driven applications

Exposure to financial systems, trading platforms, or fintech products

Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, etc.)

Familiarity with Electron or desktop applications

Experience deploying applications using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
