Android Developer

Position: Remote

Rate: $50-55/hr

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Android Developer with over 10 years of expertise, preferably with a background in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance to a team of developers to enhance technical capabilities and ensure productivity improvement.

2. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, and ensure performance optimization. Implement best practices and coding standards to guarantee the successful delivery of complex projects.

3. Ensure process compliance in assigned modules and participate in technical discussions or act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies. This includes:

     • Evaluating technical alternatives and best packages.

     • Supporting architecture best practices.

     • Assessing technical risks and preparing component breakdowns and estimations.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and deadlines. Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and resolve escalations effectively.

Skills Required:

     • Deep expertise in Android development.

     • Proven experience in code reviews, quality assurance, and performance tuning.

     • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.

     • Hands-on experience in handling technical risks and proposing robust solutions.

Preferred Experience:

     • Experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.

     • Familiarity with US-based projects and processes.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
