Senior Backend Engineer (IAM + AI) – Contract | Remote | April Start



We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build the foundation of a next-gen Identity & Access Management platform powered by AI workflows.



This is a greenfield build — not maintenance. You’ll design and deliver core backend systems that enable secure, scalable identity automation in a high-security financial environment.



🔧 What you’ll work with:



• Microservices architecture + gRPC

• PostgreSQL & Redis

• IAM systems (authN/authZ)

• AI workflows / agent-driven systems

💡 Ideal background:

• Strong backend engineering experience (senior level)

• Experience building distributed systems from scratch

• IAM or identity provider exposure (Okta, Auth0 etc.) is a big plus

• Go experience



📍 Remote (Central or Eastern timezones)

📅 Start: April 13

⏱️ 14-week contract
