We are growing our North American independent contractor network with experienced software engineers who bring deep technical skills and a genuine interest in how AI is changing the way software gets built. 

One of our fastest-growing offerings is AI in the SDLC - helping enterprise clients integrate AI tooling directly into their software development workflow.

What we're looking for
10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in one or more of: Java, Scala, Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript
Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in AI tooling in a software development context (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
Consultative by nature - you can engage directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and communicate trade-offs clearly
Product-oriented mindset: you think about business value, not just ticket execution
Ability to operate as a true partner to client engineering teams, not just a resource
