About the roleAs a Fullstack Software Engineer at Bloom Growth, you will play a key role in building and evolving the systems that power our web-based platform. You’ll contribute across the full stack—from frontend user experiences to backend services and infrastructure—helping ensure our product is performant, scalable, and reliable. This role collaborates closely with engineering, product, and design to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions that support our coaches and customers. Your work will directly impact product quality, user experience, and our continued growth.
What you'll do
Build and maintain product features across our React and TypeScript frontend and C# backend systems.
Design and contribute to APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Write and optimize MySQL queries and support database performance improvements.
Implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis) and help monitor application health using AWS tools.
Participate in code reviews, testing (unit and integration), and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
Partner with product and design to deliver solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, scalable, and well-documented codebase.

Qualifications
Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in fullstack or backend software engineering
Proficiency in C# and/or React with TypeScript
Experience with MySQL, including schema design and query optimization
Familiarity with AWS tools (e.g., CloudWatch) and cloud-based environments
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred:Experience with background job processing tools (e.g., Hangfire or similar)
Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework, NHibernate)
Contributions to open-source or personal projects demonstrating technical curiosity

CompensationThe expected base salary range for this role is $80,000–$105,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.
