Responsibilities
Lead Deployments: Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing our platform to fit their unique workflows and legacy systems
Bridge the Gap: Build the 'last mile' of connectivity. You will design robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize it with our AI services
Communication Infrastructure: Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels to ensure reliable patient engagement across various telephony networks
Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into crisp technical execution

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in engineering
Strong background in shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments
Experience handling sensitive data with a security-first mindset
Familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements and data protocols
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to translate ambiguous partner needs into clear technical requirements
Preferred
Deep experience connecting disparate systems
Understanding of the complexities of data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations
Practical experience or strong interest in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and understanding how to operationalize them in production settings
