Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting our SaaS applications. This role is best suited for a hands-on technical leader who excels in Agile environments, has a strong command of modern fullstack engineering practices, and is passionate about driving highquality software delivery.  The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, a commitment to engineering excellence, and the ability to mentor and grow engineering talent. While business intelligence (BI) experience is beneficial, the primary focus of this role centers on fullstack development using C#, .NET, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Oracle PL/SQL.    Responsibilities  Engineering Leadership & Delivery  Lead a team of engineers implementing new features, enhancements, and fixes through sprintbased development.  Ensure successful delivery of highquality software that meets customer expectations.  Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.  Review work items and estimates; guide engineers in solution design and technical approach.  Drive clean, maintainable, reusable code across the .NET and Angular stack.  Oversee and support necessary database changes to enable product functionality.  Promote builtin quality through robust unit testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.  Lead architecture discussions and make recommendations that align with longterm product strategy.  Team Development  Mentor junior and midlevel engineers, fostering continuous learning and growth.  Promote best practices in fullstack engineering, testing, and cloud-ready application development.  Cultivate a collaborative, highperforming team culture.  CrossFunctional Collaboration  Work closely with Product Management, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment on execution.  Partner with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive effective delivery.  Nice-to-Have BI Responsibilities   Support data or BI-related initiatives as needed.  Experience with reporting tools or data visualization considered a plus but not essential.    Qualifications  Required  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.  5+ years designing and developing SaaS web applications using .NET, C#, Angular.  5+ years of experience with database technologies including SQL and Entity Framework.  2+ years working with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).  Fullstack development experience from database through UI.  Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.  Experience building responsive UI applications.  Proficiency with HTML5, SASS/CSS, Angular, and Typescript.  Handson experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks.  Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.  Proficiency with Gitbased version control systems.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong collaboration skills, especially in small-team environments.  Preferred  Experience with Oracle databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and scripts.  Experience in the financial domain.  Exposure to BI tools or data visualization concepts.        The salary range in United States of America for this position is 139,000.00 to 174,000.00 USD Annual. Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus.
