This role is responsible for analyzing requirements, implementing scalable and secure solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with databases, APIs, and external systems. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and sustain mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and enhancing the Delphi code in the application and the Web applications, troubleshooting and providing technical solutions to Delphi application issues encountered by new and existing applications Analyzing user requirements, writing efficient code, debugging applications, and ensuring software performance and stability Integrating applications with databases, maintaining legacy systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions Requirements Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field of study from an accredited college or university 10 years expert level experience in Software Development, with at least 8 years of Delphi experience Strong knowledge/experience with Object oriented concepts and Delphi (6/7 thru XE10) Significant knowledge/experience with DB2 back-end tools Experience developing, enhancing, maintaining complex insurance/underwriting applications using Delphi preferred Excellent understanding of RDBMS, particularly Oracle and/or MS-SQL Server Capable of handling product versions, documentation, and development standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience within Agile/Scaled Agile framework, as a scrum team member ABOUT US Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is a mission-focused technology services company delivering secure digital platforms, infrastructure, and operational IT services to government organizations.
