HRBench is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and take ownership of significant portions of our tech stack. As an experienced member of our engineering team, you will drive technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and play a crucial role in building scalable solutions that support our rapid client growth.
      Description
          
            What you will do:Own and lead full stack projects from design through production deploymentProduce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable codeDrive improvements to development processes, methodologies, and toolsCollaborate closely with product teams to architect and deliver exceptional user experiencesManage complex client data requirements and lead efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiencyMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-makingThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software engineering experienceProven experience designing and building scalable, performant systemsStrong expertise with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databasesExperience with technologies and frameworks such as Next.js, data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), TailwindCSS, and serverless architecturesDemonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineersExcellent performance in fast-paced environments with changing requirementsStrong communication skills and experience collaborating across teamsBenefitsUnlimited PTO with manager approval100% covered health and dental insurance, including dependents401K Plan
