Description
What you will do:
Own and lead full stack projects from design through production deployment
Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
Drive improvements to development processes, methodologies, and tools
Collaborate closely with product teams to architect and deliver exceptional user experiences
Manage complex client data requirements and lead efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making


The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience
Proven experience designing and building scalable, performant systems
Strong expertise with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases
Experience with technologies and frameworks such as Next.js, data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), TailwindCSS, and serverless architectures
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers
Excellent performance in fast-paced environments with changing requirements
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across teams
