Requirements
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree (Computer Science preferred)
10+ years of professional experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go)
Experience and desire to own new products from zero to one, from system design to implementation to deployment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Rapidly build, ship, and test new applications on top of our AI platform to compete with and 10x existing SaaS tools
Get your hands dirty deep in the AI systems, as well as writing traditional application code
Bake AI into every part of your role to make it better, trying to automate it away so you can do 100 jobs at once
Be a thought leader in the enterprise AI space
Manage and mentor junior engineers
Guide the early Coworker technical architecture decisions that will resonate throughout the global economy for years to come
Establish the Coworker engineering culture–live the mission and set a standard
Help the product team craft the team vision, strategy, and roadmap while proposing innovative solutions, as well as understanding technical limitations
Drive key business metrics
Have an inordinate amount of fun
