Respaid (YC S23) builds AI agents that recover unpaid invoices for enterprise clients. Hundreds of thousands of AI-powered calls and emails sent. 460 customers, profitable, growing.

This is not a normal engineering job. And this is not a normal hiring process.

We are an AI-native team. Every engineer uses Claude Code, MCP servers, custom skills, and automated QA pipelines daily. Our CLAUDE.md file is 500+ lines of conventions, and our CI runs AI-powered code review on every PR.

You won't just use AI tools. You'll help build the infrastructure that makes the entire team 10x faster.

Stack: Laravel 12 (PHP 8.4), MySQL, Redis, Laravel Nova, RetellAI voice agents, Telnyx, Stripe, SendGrid. AWS Elastic Beanstalk.

Voice agent infrastructure (RetellAI, Telnyx WebRTC)
AI-powered recovery pipelines (sequence orchestration, smart timing)
Enterprise integrations (Fortune 500 dashboards)
Internal tooling (MCP servers, Claude Code skills, automated QA)
Payment processing (Stripe Connect, installment plans)
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years PHP/Laravel
Daily AI tool usage (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
Screen recording of your work process
English communication, async-first
Available during EU business hours (UTC to UTC+4)
Contractor. Remote (UTC to UTC+4 timezones).

The CEO codes daily and reviews every PR. Zero layers between you and decisions.
