Solve real-world problems such as automating credential verification and optimizing payer enrollment workflows. Implement new platform features used by hospitals and clinics. Optimize performance-critical workflows to improve efficiency, such as credential approval times. Help design and build developer-friendly APIs for our partners. Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality. Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Understands fundamental backend architecture concepts (APIs, databases, queues). Gets excited about type safety and enjoys working with strongly-typed languages (we use tRPC end-to-end). Wants to learn modern infrastructure practices (CDK, observability, CI/CD). Is currently pursuing a CS/engineering degree (or has equivalent practical experience). Can showcase something they’ve built (GitHub profile, personal projects, etc.). Is eager to move quickly and iterate while maintaining code quality.
