Full Stack Web Developer



Please only apply if you have Web Developer experience. Software Engineer applicants need not apply. We are specifically seeking a Web Developer. While we value general software engineering principles, this role requires a deep, specialized understanding of web standards and the specific challenges of the web-based user experience.



Our legal marketing agency needs a Full Stack Web Developer. You will build and maintain web platforms for clients to ensure they function well and generate leads.



This role requires technical skills, problem-solving, and a focus on project management and process development. We want someone who can work independently or as part of a team and who uses technology to drive marketing results.



What You Will Do:

CMS Development: Lead projects to build and maintain websites on Webflow and WordPress. Make sure sites load fast and work well. Talk to contractors about improvements.
MarTech Ownership: Manage our marketing technology. Fix problems and find ways to make things work better.
Zapier: Automate workflows, integrate APIs, and fix Zaps to make things efficient.
Troubleshooting: Fix technical issues with marketing tools, systems, and platforms. This includes software, hardware, networks, and integrations.
Stack Mastery: Handle front-end and back-end tasks to build secure web solutions.
UX: Follow the UX team's designs to ensure sites are responsive across all devices.
Salesforce: Work with the marketing team to connect Salesforce to our websites. Improve how we manage leads and data.
AI Tools: Use AI tools to help with development, testing, and work tasks.
What You Will Bring:

Skills in WordPress and Webflow. (WordPress skill is required) .
Experience with UTMs, Google Tag Manager, CallRail, and WordPress tracking.
Experience using Zapier to automate workflows and manage integrations.
Problem-solving skills to fix web issues, Salesforce integrations, and lead generation problems.
Experience with Salesforce and lead management.
Ability to use AI tools to improve work.
Experience with project tools like Asana. Ability to lead tasks and projects with little help.
Experience creating and using standard procedures (SOPs) for web work.
Communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to manage many projects at once in a fast environment.
