Remote / Full-Time / EST Hours

We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise across front-end and back-end technologies to design, build, and optimise scalable digital solutions. This role requires technical depth, business awareness, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities


Application Development: Architect, develop, and maintain full stack applications that deliver measurable business value.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Code Quality: Deliver clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices in scalability, performance, and maintainability.
API & Integration: Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro services to ensure seamless integration across systems.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Leverage modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to design secure and resilient applications.
Lifecycle Management: Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including architecture design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure applications align with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system architecture and team productivity.


Qualifications


3+ years of experience
Demonstrated experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Proven expertise in back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python, Express, or equivalent).
Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Strong understanding of API design, micro services architecture, and cloud platforms.
Track record of delivering projects in distributed or remote environments.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
