Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Remote (35 hours/week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level applications across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and user interfaces
Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies and SQL Server
Design and implement role-based authentication and access control systems
Build and enhance responsive and dynamic user interfaces
Deploy applications across development, QA, staging, and production environments
Perform unit and integration testing and manage bug tracking
Develop and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports
Create and optimize database structures, stored procedures, and triggers
Manage source control and project tracking using tools like TFS
Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and scalability
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development
Strong expertise in:
C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core
ASP.NET MVC (4/5), Web API
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery
Extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (2017/2019)
Strong database experience with SQL Server (2014/2016)
Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and bug tracking
Minimum 6+ years of experience with SSIS and SSRS
Solid understanding of software design, development, and deployment processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with responsive/mobile application development
Knowledge of design patterns, SOA, RESTful services
Strong understanding of security best practices at application and database levels
Experience with source control tools (TFS/VSS)
Background in education or enterprise-scale environments
Technical Skills:
.NET Technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core)
Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Backend: SQL Server, Stored Procedures, ORM tools
