Full‑time AI Specialist / AI Engineer — Full Time (option to combine with Accounting leadership if candidate has strong multi-disciplinary skills)
Location: 100% Remote

Role overview
Were looking for a hands-on AI Specialist to build and integrate AI/LLM-driven workflows across real-estate and bookkeeping operations. This person will design automation to parse large datasets, read and extract information from documents, and accelerate operational processes using modern LLM tools (client expressed specific interest in Claude / Anthropic). This role can be standalone or combined with accounting responsibilities if the candidate is strong across both domains.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate data ingestion, document parsing, and routine accounting/operational tasks.
Build end-to-end solutions that extract insights from real-estate datasets to support investment and operational decisions.
Integrate LLMs and other AI tools into day-to-day workflows (e.g., contract/document summarization, data normalization).
Prototype and operationalize automation for bookkeeping tasks and reporting where relevant.
Work closely with the accounting lead / owner to prioritize use cases and measure impact.
Maintain and improve AI tooling, prompts, and processes to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Must-have qualifications

Proven experience with LLMs and production workflows; explicit familiarity with Claude / Anthropic strongly preferred.
Practical experience parsing and working with large datasets; strong data-processing skills.
Experience designing automation or workflow systems (end-to-end) and integrating AI into business processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Comfortable working US hours (overseas candidates must be able to align schedules).
Full-time availability and commitment to one employer.

Nice-to-have

Background in data engineering, software development, or ML engineering.
Experience applying AI to real-estate or accounting workflows.
Familiarity with tools/platforms used for automation, ETL, or orchestrating LLMs.
Experience working with small business operations and building pragmatic, maintainable solutions.

Strong candidate pools may be available in the Philippines and LATAM for candidates willing to work US hours.
Candidate could be hired as a pure AI specialist or considered as a hybrid (AI + accounting/process role) if they have cross-disciplinary skills.
