Description Job description: We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, usability research, and design systems, with proven experience in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile methodologies to develop compelling visual designs and seamless user interactions. Duties: Design and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across multiple applications. Strong knowledge of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS (Less/SCSS), JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mural. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Analyze user behavior using web analytics to optimize user experience and reduce bounce rates. Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Requried Skills: U.S. Citizenship is required Bachelors Degree in UX Design or 10+ years in UX/UI design and research roles. Proven track record in design system management and accessibility improvements. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), and familiarity with Python for data-related tasks. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Maze, and Mural. Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and project management skills.
