Overview We are seeking a hands-on, collaborative Tech Lead to drive the technical direction, execution, and continuous improvement of a high-performing engineering team. As a Tech Lead, you will provide both technical leadership and people guidance, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with our business goals. This is a cross-functional leadership role providing technical continuity and oversight across AI, Data, Frontend, API, and Backend Platform teams ensuring alignment, integration, and progress across all moving parts. Our core backend platform tech stack includes: .NET Core (C#) (for high-performance, business-critical gRPC microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven services) TypeScript (Express.js) (for microservices, backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers, and services requiring rapid iteration or close integration with the frontend) Docker and Kubernetes (for containerization and orchestration) AMPQ and event-driven architectures (for pub/sub and task queues) React + TypeScript (with Next.js) for building user interfaces.
