📋 Description
• Tech Lead – GenAI Code Initiatives at DataForce by TransPerfect; leads by example, writing and refining code, building evaluation frameworks, and collaborating across teams to improve AI-generated code.
• Main Responsibilities: Write, review, and refine code to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Build and maintain frameworks to test and evaluate model-generated code.
• Develop automated test suites and benchmarks to validate code quality.
• Analyze code (human and AI-generated) for correctness, efficiency, and security.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to integrate improvements into AI models.

🎯 Requirements
