They emphasize transparency, price comparison, and real-time delivery options. Responsibilities As Tech Lead you will be designing and developing backend and frontend components using .NET Core and modern web technologies, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability across the platform; You will be supporting the engineering team through daily guidance, code reviews, and technical coordination, helping maintain consistent quality and shared standards; You will be collaborating closely with the architect and the wider engineering group to define shared patterns, architectural choices, and system-level design principles; You will be helping onboard new engineers, providing direction, structure, and clarity to ensure they integrate smoothly and begin contributing effectively; You will be fostering a productive, collaborative, and open work environment by encouraging good engineering practices, offering constructive feedback, and promoting teamwork across the group. Requirements 8+ years of experience building data-heavy web applications, ensuring you can design robust, scalable, and efficient systems capable of handling complex data workflows; Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers in small teams, enabling you to guide, coach, and elevate their technical abilities; Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript, allowing you to deliver high-quality backend services and well-structured front-end components; Experience with React, enabling you to contribute effectively to dynamic, component-driven user interfaces; Comfort working across backend, frontend, and cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end features; Ability to guide engineers in clean code principles, structured problem-solving, and effective testing practices, supporting consistent team excellence; Clear communication skills in an international environment, combined with a self-driven approach, ensuring effective collaboration and independent delivery.
