📋 Description
• Motorola Solutions is looking for candidates with data-driven development experience, including a solid understanding of software development and deployment.
• In this role, candidates will build/maintain data migration and conversion tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines with the project team.
• Candidates need the ability to collaborate, prototype, design, and implement data conversion solutions.
• The successful candidate will be able to perform system integration of data migration solutions for our customers and also have the ability to work with customers to fulfill the business objectives and end-user expectations.
• This technical person will be a bridge between the customer's business needs and our technical ability to deliver data migration solutions.
• Soft-skills and customer interaction is required.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree AND 1+ years experience in software disciplines: Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, System Support, Information Technology or similar technical or engineering disciplines.
• OR 4+ years of experience in software disciplines: Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Product Development, System Test, System Support, Information Technology or similar technical or engineering disciplines
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
