This role will drive the architecture for high-performance data syncs and ensure long-term reliability of integrations, helping GoodTime transform hiring with automation and intelligence.About You:15+ years experience in software development5+ years experience as a staff engineerExperience building integrations with ATS / large dataset ingestionAlternative: Experience with ETL processesExperience building performant APIsExperience with integrators like Merge, KomboExperience leading large, multilayered projectsExperience with test driven developmentExperience with Typescript / node ecosystemProven ability to work at a detailed level with multiple cross-functional internal stakeholdersRecruiting ATS and/or HR Technology experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredWhat Success Looks Like:Build integrations in Typescript / Node with external vendorsDesigns an ATS architecture that: allows for high performance ATS syncsHas low / No regression bugs (secured by regression tests)Is extensible and scales Coach and guide current API team Maintain ATS integrations (long term)Commitment to YouThe more diverse and inclusive the workplace, the more our product, community, and company can flourish.
