📋 Description
• Design and build user-facing applications and internal tooling that power insights across our platform
• Design APIs and backend services that interact efficiently with data pipelines, semantic layers, and large-scale datasets
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver thoughtful, polished user experiences
• Contribute to our AI-first product direction by building agentic workflows that automate or enhance human decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that operates reliably in production environments
• Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and team planning
• Continuously improve our engineering practices, processes, and tools

🎯 Requirements
• Full Stack Expertise
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies like React (or similar), TypeScript, and component-based architectures
• Experience with back-end development in C#, Python, or Kotlin
• Proven ability to design RESTful or GraphQL APIs and data access layers
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform and services like BigQuery
• Comfort with containerization and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools
• AI Curiosity & Capability
• Exposure to Agentic AI systems such as LangChain, AutoGen, or custom agent frameworks
• Understanding of how LLMs can be embedded into applications to drive autonomous task execution
• Excitement about AI safety, prompt engineering, and tooling that supports iterative improvement of agents in production
• Product & User Focused
• Empathy for the end-user and a desire to build intuitive, reliable tools
• Ability to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions
• Comfortable balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus Points
• Experience working with large datasets in Google BigQuery
• Familiarity with retail or supply chain data
• Experience with data visualization frameworks such as Power BI
• Experience building developer platforms or internal tools
