📋 Description
• We are seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer to join our platform engineering team, where you'll drive both critical technical and product engineering initiatives. You’ll help build for the future of Wondr’s event-driven architecture, building products and services at scale. You'll also play a key role in shaping our developer experience strategy, helping to bridge the gap between our infrastructure and platform engineering teams. Key focus areas include contributing to Wondr’s event streaming and messaging services, cloud architecture, monitoring and observability, and developer productivity and deployment tools.

🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with significant infrastructure and platform contributions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners (product, design, leadership)
• Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
• Strong experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven track record improving developer experience and productivity through tooling and automation
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and ability to identify and eliminate friction points
• Experience building self-service platforms and internal developer portals
