📋 Description
• Hims & Hers is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health.
• Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Staff Engineer to build, test, deploy and support our self-service platform used for pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment.
• You will collaborate with UI engineers, product managers, designers, and other Engineering leaders in the organization to deliver solutions for our Fulfillment and Pharmacy Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Staff Engineer or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, NextJs, TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis).
• Experience with monitoring (Datadog) and CI/CD (CircleCI, Github actions), etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in order to meet goals without management oversight.
