What's the role about?

This Full-Stack Engineer role focuses on building new features, improving existing functionality, and strengthening the scalability and performance of a fast-growing SaaS platform. You’ll work across the stack—ideally with a stronger backend focus—while contributing to a culture that values ownership, documentation, and clear communication. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, offering high-impact work and the chance to shape engineering standards. As the team grows, this position has a natural path toward leadership or tech-lead responsibilities.

What do we require from you?

Strong backend experience with Java or Kotlin.

Frontend experience with React and ideally TypeScript (Next.js experience is helpful).

Ability to work full-stack, even if you lean more toward backend.

Solid testing fundamentals (unit testing) and a commitment to code quality.

Strong debugging and observability skills (logs, DB performance, CPU/memory analysis; experience with DataDog/Sentry is a plus).

High ownership, proactivity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical teams.

Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and contributing to documentation and engineering standards.
