Diverse perspectives fuel our breakthroughs, so bring your curiosity and creativity.  What You’ll Do  Build responsive, intuitive interfaces for complex AI-driven workflows and coordination systems.  Create high performance real-time visualizations that communicate agent status, progress, and decision-making processes to non-technical users.  Design and implement user interfaces that make autonomous systems feel predictable and trustworthy.  Develop interactive dashboards and controls for managing multiple agents and their workflows.  Build reusable UI component libraries optimized for agent-based interactions and future Labs projects.  Continuously evaluate emerging frontend technologies and prototype solutions for next-generation platforms.  Shape team culture by championing experimentation, knowledge sharing, and fostering creativity and growth.    Labs Culture & Work Style  Modern Development: Embrace AI tools where they add genuine value, from coding assistance to automated testing  Async-First Communication: Thoughtful documentation (Slack, Notion, Loom), with focused in-person collaboration 1-3 days per week in our Denver office  Build-Measure-Learn: We learn through iteration and support each other in experimentation    Who We’re Looking For  Experience building modern frontend applications using frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar (we value skills over years)  Experience with TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design principles  Ability to create complex, richly interactive, and high-performance interfaces using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL.
