Senior Developer – AI Agents
Dura Digital is seeking a Senior Developer – AI Agents to join our growing AI Agents Studio. This is an opportunity for a passionate developer to build cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, enhance customer experiences, and redefine how businesses interact with technology.

About the Role
As a Senior Developer on the AI Agents studio, you’ll help architect and develop scalable, intelligent applications using Azure AI services and modern web technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product leads, and other engineers to prototype and launch AI agents across web, voice, and chat platforms. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications using Azure AI services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, etc.)
Build and maintain APIs and real-time systems using WebRTC, WebSocket, and RESTful services.
Write clean, scalable code in Python, TypeScript, and React
Collaborate with product teams to prototype and iterate on AI agent workflows
Integrate external services and APIs to extend agent functionality
Stay current on emerging AI trends and rapidly test new ideas and technologies

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of software development experience, ideally with client-facing or SaaS products
Strong experience with Azure AI services or similar cloud-based AI platforms
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React
Solid understanding of WebRTC, WebSocket, and API development
Deep curiosity and drive to learn about AI, LLMs, and conversational interfaces
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with deploying secure, scalable cloud solutions

Nice to Have

Experience with voice interfaces or telephony integration (e.g., Twilio, AudioCodes)
Familiarity with Copilot Studio, LangChain, or semantic search architectures
