Employee benefit reviews Most commented Health Insurance(260 comments) "Not stellar, but it's pretty cheap. Obviously there's a LOT more that goes in to the health insurance plan, but that's the high level view. $90/month for an HSA (Cigna contributes $400 or $600 depending on the plan) for a $3,000 deductible. After $3,000, they pay 80% until your out of pocket hits $5,500, then they pay for everything. There are free doctor visits for checkups and vision (or a small copay), $200 for glasses/contacts, and visits to the nurse/doctors who work in some of the buildings (their job is to see employees about medical concerns/issues) cost $5. The network of providers is pretty great too, I've never had a problem. The on-site staff go a long way towards making things affordable, but they're only in 5 or so offices out of the 100+. There's a lot of hate out there for HSAs, but they're here to stay so that we start paying attention to health care costs. The alternative ($20 co-pays for any procedure under the sun) got the medical industry in the mess it's in now. You'd think people working for a health insurance company would realize that. Overall, pretty good. It could obviously be cheaper, and stinks for people who just started contributing to an HSA later on in life. The whole medical industry is moving towards HSAs/HRAs/FSAs, Cigna is not alone here. You'll be hard pressed to find plans that are significantly better than this one, for this cost." 401K Plan(243 comments) "Cigna matches 100% of first 3% and 50% of next 3%" Vacation & Paid Time Off(233 comments) "18 days of paid vacation plus holidays. You also have the option to purchase 5 additional days off for the year. Use it or lose it. No rolling days. " Dec 3, 2025 Current Digital Operations Specialist in Houston, TX, Texas Great benefits!! Low premiums, deductible waived for telehealth and PCP visits. Dec 2, 2025 Current Software Engineer in Saint Louis, MO, Missouri Decent PTO but given its a health insurance company you'd think the insurance benefits would be better Dec 1, 2025 Current Employee in Orlando, FL, Florida They have a wide variety of benefits
