Learn more at insightsoftware.comJob DescriptionAs a Software Engineer, you will be working together with a team of skilled software engineers to build out and maintaining our Equity Management SaaS Application.  You will be responsible for implementing new features, enhancements, and fixes to the product through work items planned in the current sprint and actively participating in planning, refinement, and retrospective meetings.  You will be working in a product team, alongside Senior Engineers and QA Engineers, following an Agile SDLC to create new products and maintain existing applications with C#, .Net, Angular, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Oracle PL/SQL.  You will be a great fit for this position if quality is at the forefront of your development best practices and you are willing to continuously learn new things to better yourself, career and our products.  Responsibilities  Focus and commitment to solving complex software development items that meet customer expectations.Review work items to estimate and while working along side senior engineers propose design solutions.Be involved with SDLC from requirements to test but own executing development of features & bug fixes that is clean, reusable, maintainable code in .Net, C# and Angular.Make necessary database changes to support ongoing development tasksBuild quality into all tasks, ensure adequate unit testing and support quality assurance engineers in testing completed itemsParticipate in code reviews and architecture discussionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience3+ years’ experience designing and developing SaaS web applications using .Net, C#, Angular3+ years' experience working with Azure cloud infrastructure, deployments and development Experience in the full stack from database development through front-endExperience w/database technologies – SQL,  Entity FrameworkExperience developing RESTful APIsExperience designing and developing responsive UI applicationsExperience w/front-end technologies – HTML5, SASS/CSS, Angular, TypescriptExperience with Unit Testing and Mocking frameworks and conceptsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with GITStrong communication skills – written and verbalStrong collaboration skills –  experience working in a small-team environmentExperience with Oracle databases, including writing/optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and scripting is a plusExperience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), and .Net Core is a plusExperience building apps in financial domain is a plus Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. **Learn more about our high-energy, high-performance global team.
