• Bridge design and engineering to ensure public site is visually stunning and functional.
• Maintain and improve thatch.ai, ensuring the site is performant and accessible.
• Implement new designs and features in collaboration with the design team.
• Identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the public site.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the site is blazing fast, SEO-friendly, and accessible.
• Build tools that educate and engage users and shape Thatch's digital presence.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams.

🎯 Requirements
• Experience building and maintaining websites using React, TypeScript, CSS, Tailwind, and other modern web technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design and marketing teams.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Proactive, optimistic, growth-minded approach, with resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
• Great eye for design; detail-oriented; strong multitasking skills.
• Experience developing animations with libraries like Framer Motion (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (preferred).
