📋 Description
• Design & develop Python services that power our AI features
• Build and evolve APIs consumed by a wide range of customers from Fortune 500 to small to medium sized.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost at scale (profiling, load-testing, observability).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ship end-to-end solutions.
• Improve quality through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn & share: propose ideas, mentor peers, and stay current with AI/ML trends.

🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience - or equivalent, demonstrable proficiency - building production grade Python software.
• Solid grasp of HTTP fundamentals and API design.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfort with algorithms, data structures, and pragmatic system design.
• Hands-on experience using Large Language Models to build customer-facing features.
• Git fluency and a habit of writing tests.
• Hands-on with PyTorch, Hugging Face, DSPy, or other ML/LLM frameworks. (Bonus points)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, async Python (asyncio, FastAPI). (Bonus points)
• Exposure to event-driven or workflow engines (Temporal, Airflow, etc.). (Bonus points)
