📋 Description
• Ship full-stack features quickly and independently at a startup pace (sizable feature in a week or less).
• Design technical architecture and create technical designs for new features.
• Build and maintain complex single-page applications and API backends.
• Balance speed, reliability, and quality in code and product decisions.
• Focus on UI/UX and deliver delightful user experiences.
• Own engineering projects end-to-end and solve technical roadblocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product used by enterprise customers.

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web applications.
• Backend experience in any language (e.g., Ruby, Node.js, Python) and frontend experience in React and TypeScript preferred.
• Deep experience building complex SPA web applications and API backends.
• Ability to write code that balances speed, reliability, and quality.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Startup mindset: ship quickly and move at a startup pace.
• Critical eye for detail and strong UX instincts.
• Ability to work autonomously, own projects, and design technical architecture for features.
