🎯 Requirements
• B.A. or B.S. in computer science engineering (or equivalent degree or experience)
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Understanding of core computer science concepts such as data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency with Python programming language
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing project requirements
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js)
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and querying techniques
• Exposure to version control systems, preferably Git
• Ability to break down complex programs into manageable tasks
• Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, and/or personal coding projects
• A growth mindset and genuine interest in solving real-world problems with technology
• Ability to travel to client site; may require up to 80% travel dependent on project
• Ability to work from home
• Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
