📋 Description
• Capital Technology Group (CTG) is on a mission to modernize and innovate the way the federal government delivers software.
• We are seeking a Software / Machine Learning Engineer to support high-impact federal initiatives focused on building modern, user-centric, and data-driven systems.
• You’ll work on cross-functional teams to develop full-stack applications, evaluate emerging technologies, and build proof-of-concepts in machine learning, AI, and cloud environments.
• This role blends hands-on engineering with opportunities for technical leadership.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning, or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS) and back-end technologies
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), web servers (e.g., Apache, Jenkins), and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data libraries (e.g., pandas)
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
