📋 Description
• Design and build robust processes utilizing your core development skills
• Design and develop new functionality, enhance existing features, troubleshoot and tune end-to-end processes
• Design, develop and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers and packages
• Participate in Agile methodologies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Provide production support escalation coverage and troubleshoot live issues
• Analyze performance issues and implement tuning strategies
• Conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards
• Work with internal business users to gather and understand user demands.
• Document, review and evaluate existing business models and recommend future processes or technical solutions .
• Identify, solve or escalate potential issues and risks during development lifecycles
• Collaborate with other roles/teams to deliver consistent and timely results with high quality
• Establish and maintain strong network relationships with counterparties

🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 7+ year’s of hands on development experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience in projects/agile rooms, in the financial service or data research industry
• Proven skills in documenting and maintaining project artifacts
• Ability to understand processes / workflows and the application of technology
• Expert understanding of the software development lifecycle (example – Agile development)
• Fluent verbal & written English communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player; detail oriented and self-motivated to drive work to proceed with minimal supervision
• Multiple tasking ability.
• Good time organizational skills to manage competing project priorities
• Enthusiasm in work with good self-learning ability
