Orca is looking for a like-minded generalist who can specialize in building out our backend services and infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements
Proven Track Record: You’ve worked on performant services at scale, ideally in finance or adjacent industries. You have a strong ability to analyze complex software systems, reason about them with clarity, and solve problems efficiently.•Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.•Balanced Mindset: Comfortable working independently in an async environment, but also enjoy coming together to collaborate as a team. Passionate about certain technologies and patterns, but recognize their trade-offs in different scenarios.•Technical Skills: Experience with Rust is a plus but not required. Strong interest and proficiency in building high performance backend systems.•Understanding of DeFi: You have a good understanding of how AMMs work and the Solana ecosystem. You are a user of DeFi apps on Solana or other chains.
