📋 Description
• Lead the design and development of cutting-edge software applications.
• Responsible for creating technical blueprints, defining product/solution architecture.
• Develop technical specifications for projects.
• Integrate features of software applications into a cohesive system.
• Anticipate trends and stay up-to-date on leading technology.
• Guide functional objectives and technologies for software solutions.
• Train and oversee the activities of the development team.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to meet business requirements.

🎯 Requirements
• > 5 years of experience of relevant work experience in software architecture; out of them 3+ years hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining Voice (preferable Mitel Openscape/UC) software solutions in managed service environments
• > 5 years of experience with VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V software development and installing voice application software and solutions.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and API design
• Solid understanding of end-to-end product development phases having participated in them
• In-depth understanding of development best practices
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across functional teams
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
