As a SDET, you’ll be responsible for building test strategies, frameworks, and tooling that enable fast feedback, stable releases, and confident deployments. You’ll coach teams on best practices for automated testing at the unit, integration, API, and UI levels. You’ll also lead initiatives to improve test coverage, reduce flakiness, and incorporate testing into CI/CD workflows. This role is part enablement, part engineering you’ll write code, architect solutions, and lead by example. Most importantly, you’ll help define and maintain core standards for testability, reliability, and automation, and build the tooling and processes to scale those standards across the company. As an SDET on our centralized Quality Enablement team, you'll act as a force multiplier for quality across the organization.
