📋 Description
• We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team and play a key role in the Operations and Maintenance of mission-critical applications in an Agile environment.
• This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation, debugging, and enhancement of an existing portfolio of custom applications.
• The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large, enterprise-level software development efforts and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Enhance and maintain a diverse catalog of existing applications.
• Contribute to team efforts to improve system performance, scalability, and availability.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , or a related technical field
• 3-6 years of experience in area of specialization
• Proven experience in a similar role, supporting complex software development projects in large-scale production environments
• Prior experience on federal government projects is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written —with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal management, as well as with external clients, stakeholders, and end users
