• Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate revenue operations.
• Integrate APIs and design connectors to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems.
• Collaborate with product, revenue, and security teams to design AI-first solutions that enhance sales velocity, operational leverage, and customer impact.
• Continuously research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash’s AI automation roadmap.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows, delivering in days or weeks instead of months.
• Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk, embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting an AI-first engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang).
• Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with AI and automation libraries or frameworks.
• Demonstrated use of generative AI tools and automation platforms.
• A proven ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver outcomes at speed.
• Bilingual (English/French) (nice-to-have).
• Based in Quebec (preferred) (nice-to-have).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (nice-to-have).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models (LLMs, ML workflows) (nice-to-have).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio (nice-to-have).
• Cybersecurity awareness or best-practice knowledge (nice-to-have).
• Startup environment experience (nice-to-have).
