The Site Reliability Engineer will be an integral party of the Engineering team. They are at the intersection of operations and development. Their performance will set the direction of their desired growth trajectory. What You’ll Be Working On:Continually improve our infrastructure platform consisting of K8s, ArgoCD, CircleCI, Datadog and Terraform. Building the next level of operational automation using python, langchain, agents and LLMs.Work with the development team in the design and construction of software.Design, create, secure and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web ServicesProvide an application security and compliance lens on designs and code reviews.Support a running production environment and participate in our Incident Management process. What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:Strong development skills in any modern programming languageKnowledge of network architecture and internet security best practicesSkilled at containerizing applications with Docker or similar technologyKubernetes and GitOps experience with ArgoCD, Flux or similarExperience writing reusable CI components for CircleCI or another CI systemAbility to create, manage, and deploy infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormationAbility to deploy, configure, and utilize monitoring and tracing services, such as New Relic and DatadogSkilled at communicating technical concepts to peers and non-technical persons respectfully and clearlyAbility to troubleshoot performance problems and system outagesStrong knowledge of Linux based operating systemsSkilled at implementing secure, and cost-conscious public facing AWS Cloud based systemsAbility to configure and manage AWS services such as EKS, CloudFront, IAM, Route 53, S3, RDS, et alExperience with postgres, logical replication, and pg_vector are a plus.Experience extending K8s through operators and CRDsExperience with regulatory regimes such as HIPAA and GDPRExperience implementing security controls for AWS environments, including setup and management of authentication controls, VPN’s, KMS, etcWe value diversity and believe the unique contributions each of us brings drives our success.
