Role and responsibilities:

Ensure system reliability – getting systems back to steady-state as quickly as possible
Automate wherever possible - reduce toil
Configure monitoring and logging of systems in order to obtain better visibility
Help design processes that automatically evaluate system SLA
Be proactive, identify and remediate issues before SLAs are violated
Tool-agnostic and approach-centric
Driving better cross-team collaboration - work with Product development team, DevOps group and Operations

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
