Job Description: CTEC is seeking a Senior Web Site and Web Course Developer to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Job Description: Develops and maintains web applications, learning management systems, and custom software solutions supporting Social Security Administration training programs. Creates scalable, secure applications that integrate with federal systems while ensuring compliance with government security standards and accessibility requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of federal software development experience
Expert proficiency in federal-approved programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
Experience with federal development standards, Section 508 compliance, and government security requirements
Knowledge of federal system integration, API development, and government hosting environments
Security clearance eligibility and experience with controlled unclassified information systems development
Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
