• As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.
• We’re looking for a Web Developer to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and evolution of our marketing web platforms.
• This role is perfect for a developer who cares about clean architecture, and wants to influence not just the project builds, but also our future tech stack.

🎯 Requirements
• 5 - 7+ years of professional experience building and deploying modern web applications.
• Advanced expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with Alpine.js, or similar front-end frameworks; experience with static site generation (SSG) and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and technical SEO fundamentals— including structured data, rendering behavior, indexation, and on-site optimization.
• Proven experience with managing web properties for SEO performance and collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders to support content discoverability.
• Ability to use web crawlers, auditing tools, and performance diagnostics to proactively identify and address SEO and UX issues.
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional impact and guiding decisions based on both technical and business considerations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and self-direct without micromanagement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence beyond the team and contribute meaningfully to engineering culture, hiring, and process improvement.
