📋 Description
• TRAILD is a fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable for businesses.
• New role in the payments team owning end-to-end capabilities providing seamless payment services using varied payment infrastructure (bank transfers, card networks).
• Work on highly scalable, reliable, secure and fault-tolerant systems built on micro-services and event-driven architecture using Google Cloud.
• Assist in the design and development of state-of-the-art systems and execute short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Make effective trade-offs considering business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Drive projects from idea formulation to implementation across global infrastructure and customer base.
• Collaborate with product managers, finance/revenue teams, and other engineering teams to build impactful features and products for customers.

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience working in hands-on technical roles, with a strong background in software engineering and architectural design.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down technical details and decisions for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to go deep, understand both the domain and complex customer needs.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously honing your craft.
• Experience in .NET Core & C# working in a cloud-native environment or experience with other modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, C#).
• Comfortable with high levels of agency and ownership; passionate about highly scalable, fault-tolerant, globally distributed systems.
• Experience with micro-services, event-driven architecture and Google Cloud.
• Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
• Very nice to have: direct experience in fintech with experience in B2B payments in the US and EMEA.
• Must be able to work PST time zone in a FULL REMOTE capacity.
