📋 Description
• Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for USDG and other Paxos products
• Build and scale attribution logic systems to support multiple chains and assets
• Develop robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics
• Create efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems
• Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency
• Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems
• Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work
• Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization
• Background in fintech, blockchain, or financial services is a plus
• Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives
