📋 Description
• As a Software Engineer at Monarch, you’ll have accountability for ensuring new Monarch software products include their intended requirements.
• Help ensure that all software has been successfully tested prior to its release.
• Assist in the design and documentation of product releases, including system requirements and DHF artifacts.
• Drive continuous improvement within Monarch, assisting with the identification and implementation of process improvements and tool changes.
• Complete development tasks for various Monarch development activities and ensure compliance with all software development procedures.
• Provide input to cross-functional teams by helping describe product enhancements.

🎯 Requirements
• Experienced software development professional with at least five years of hands-on experience developing modern cloud-native software using the .NET Framework, Java, or Python
• Subject matter expert in software architecture, web services, databases, or some other aspect of software development.
• Willing and eager to work as part of a team where you will be able to improve your own skills while helping others on the team improve theirs.
• Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get down to work.
• S. Citizen or Green Card holder located within the United States.
